Congratulations to Yancy Suber, pictured here with past member, District Governor Andy Little. Yancy entered the Humorous Speech Contest last fall and earned awards as he advanced in competition. As he prepared, he developed his timing, delivery, vocal control, use of stage, and editing skills.
